Weather permitting, a manhole will be installed near the intersection of Clinton Avenue and Summerfield Place on February 1.  That means that Cedar and Clinton Avenues will be closed to traffic.   Ferry-bound traffic will be directed west on Chase Avenue and north on Grand.  Where Grand is currently a one way, it will be turned into two-way traffic and managed by flag personnel for both ferry and drop off traffic.

Please leave extra time for travel and local residents living on Clinton should work with the flag personnel to access their properties.
