Bay Avenue between Grand Avenue and lower Spring Garden Avenue will be closed to traffic from Monday, February 5 at 8 am through the afternoon of February 6 until the underwater conduit pull is completed.  Lower Spring Garden Avenue will remain open despite conduit being stored on the east side of the road.  We ask residents along the west of lower Spring Garden to park in their driveways off the street. East side residents will not have access to their driveways for Monday and Tuesday. 

Trenching will continue on Clinton Avenue. As such the northern part of Grand will remain two-way as it has been for the last two days.
