Weather permitting, Haugland will trench on February 8th from the corner of Clinton and Summerfield Place toward Grand Avenue.  That means that Cedar and Clinton Avenues will be closed to traffic.   Ferry-bound traffic will be directed west on Chase Avenue and north on Grand.  Where Grand is traditionally a one way, it will be turned into two-way traffic and managed by flag personnel.

Please leave extra time for travel and local residents living on Clinton Avenue should work with the flag personnel to access their properties.
