The conduit pull is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, March 15, as long as the weather and equipment cooperate.

Bay Avenue will be closed to traffic between Grand Avenue and Spring Garden Avenue and will continue to be closed until the pull is completed some time tomorrow late in the day.  

There will be security personnel on site on Bay Avenue and lower Spring Garden overnight to secure the area, protect the conduit, and flag personnel will direct local traffic during business hours.  Lower Spring Garden will remain open during the swabbing and pull process, and we ask residents on lower Spring Garden to park in their driveways or off Spring Garden today and tomorrow.
